2. Terms of the software
Subscriptions to SupaMaritime modules are governed by the SupaSailing General Terms of Service (version 1.0, PDF) and Data Processing Agreement (version 1.0, PDF), which the customer accepts when signing an Order Form or signing up online. Those documents prevail over anything on this website.
3. Use of this website
The content of this website describes our products for information. Features, prices and availability are defined in the Order Form or in the plan chosen at sign-up. The content, brand and design of this website belong to SUPASAILING, S.L. and may not be reproduced without permission. How we use cookies and personal data on this website is explained in the Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy; the company details required by law are in the Legal Notice.
4. Law and complaints
